We deal in waste water treatment system and waste water equipment's such as Trash rack cleaning system, screens bars, rotary screens, Gates, Grit remover, clarifier, oil separator, agitator and aerobic tanks, filters, chemical dosing, tertiary treatment equipment, ion exchange equipment and compact units (comprising of different wastewater systems and equipment installed in the same enclosure or container) according to client's requirements. We specialize in Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of Wastewater treatment system.
Trash racks are used for the removal of large particles in the main waste water streamline. The trash rack system consists of lifting mechanism i-e hoist mechanism fitted with bucket or jaw that lifts the solid debris from the bar screens and shifts it to disposal area from where the solid debris is shifted to dump sites. The screen is made of steel bars that arrange vertically and inclined.
screens are used for the removal of large particles in the main wastewater streamline. These screens are of different types classified according to the purpose of the screens, size of screens and flow of the streamline. Conveyor screens and rotary screens. These are called the pretreatment stage of the wastewater treatment system.
The grit chamber is used to remove inorganic particles (such as sand and pebbles) from water. When the water flows through the grit chamber, the flow rate slows down, and the heavier particles settle to the bottom to form a grit layer. The design of the grit chamber usually requires uniform distribution of water flow and avoids turbulence to ensure grit removal efficiency. The settled sand is collected by the sand hopper and transported to the outside by a sand pump.
Agitator and aerobic tanks are fitted with the stir and propeller mechanism in the center of the tank and air passed from the bottom that rotates along the stream to cause the aerobic relation with the wastewater. By this system the air is mixed with the fine particles for aerobic digestion. The aerobic digestion is started in the system that further cause the breakdown of the fine particles.
In wastewater treatment, a clarifier is a large tank that removes solid particles from wastewater through sedimentation, a process where heavier particles settle to the bottom due to gravity. This clarification step is crucial for removing suspended solids, improving water quality, and making downstream treatment processes more efficient.
They are different type of filters devices or equipment used to remove the micro particles from the wastewater according to the use of wastewater i-e gardening or floor washing. The filters are used in the filter equipment such as filter press or screw press or press bed. They filter particles according to the micron size. Traditional sand filters are also used in some areas for the removal of microbes in the wastewater stream.
Chemical dosing is used to coagulate and improve the PH and add chlorine in water to kill the bacteria and virus. The main components of chemical dosing are pumps, valves, storage tank, injector and control system. The chemicals are injected according to the required quantity and concentration via control system.
The tertiary treatment stage aims to further remove dissolved organic matter, nutrients (such as nitrogen and phosphorus), and other trace pollutants in water to meet higher discharge standards or achieve water resource reuse. Common mechanical equipment in this stage includes adsorption equipment, chemical precipitation equipment, and ion exchange equipment.
